The wine list has several Champagnes and rosés for the perfect lunch on a warm afternoon. Choose one of our many salads or this lovely gravlax for a perfect afternoon repast. Follow it up with a relaxing day on our private beach. At dinnertime the menu includes heartier fare and our fine collection of Bordeaux and Burgundies will be much appreciated with our quail breast in a deep red wine braise, our roast country duck, or our beef tenderloin. Our white wines will complement our local snapper, our French seabass, and our salmon in a mussel cream sauce.
Did we mention fresh fish? This is deepwater snapper, from colder waters with firmer flesh. The small ones become our whole snapper and the larger ones become delicious filets.
